Affirmations, Mantras & How They Work

" I'm a failure. I've done nothing with my life."

" Nothing I do works out."

" My life is unfulfilling and dismal."


We all have this inner critic that likes to tell us things like this at times.


Many of us have negative thoughts like these, sometimes frequently. When we think like this, our confidence, mood and outlook can become negative, too.


The problem with negative thoughts is that they can become self-fulfilling prophecies. We talk ourselves into believing that we're not good enough. And, as a result, these thoughts drag down our personal lives, our relationships, and our careers.


But, if we deliberately do the opposite and use positive thoughts about ourselves, the effect can be just as powerful but far more helpful.


Some super helpful mantras that I've included in The Gratitude Book Mini: Vol. 1 include:

♥ I radiate beauty, charm, and grace.

♥ I wake up today with strength in my heart and clarity in my mind.

♥ My thoughts are filled with positivity, and my life is plentiful with prosperity.

♥ I am a powerhouse; I am indestructible.

♥ A river of compassion washes my anger and replaces it with love.

♥ My fears of tomorrow are simply melting away.

♥ My abilities to conquer my challenges is limitless; my potential to succeed is infinite.

♥ My efforts are being supported by the universe; my dreams manifest before my eyes.

♥ I look within to find my treasures.

♥ Every experience I have is perfect for my growth.

♥ I am superior to negative thoughts and low actions.

♥ I am brimming with energy and over-flowing with joy.

♥ My self esteem is high because I honour who I am.

♥ I feel safe in the rhythm and flow of everyday life.

♥ I am the architect of my life; I build its foundation and choose its contents.

♥ My body is healthy; my mind is brilliant; my soul is tranquil.

♥ I am surrounded by love.

♥ I am an open channel for creative ideas.

♥ Nourishing myself is a joyful experience; I am worth the time spent on my healing.

♥ I now free myself from destructive and doubts.

♥ Love flows through my body healing all dis-ease.

♥ It is now safe for me to release all of my traumas and move into love.

♥ I live in the paradise of my own creation.

♥ I am at home in my body.

♥ The more peaceful I am inside, the more peace I have to share with others.

♥ I return to the basics of life: forgiveness, courage, gratitude, love and humour.

♥ I forgive myself and set myself free.

♥ I now live in limitless love, light, and joy.
